The on-line registration form will be closed by August 28, 2017. After that date, registration will be available on-site.

Registration fees for participants include:
Participation in sessions; meeting material; coffee breaks and lunches, welcome reception, gala dinner, transportation from Haifa Meeting hotels (Dan Panorama and Haifa Bay View) to the Technion and return.

   Please ensure that CPS 2017 and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
   o Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source, in addition to the accommodation fees.

Commitment – Payment by employer (Israeli participants only) – AVAILABLE UNTIL AUGUST 7, 2017
  o The participant needs to complete the on-line Registration & Accommodation Form, and select “Commitment” in the “Payment Method”
  o Following on-line registration, a purchase order from the employer should be sent to:
     Diesenhaus-Unitours, or by fax to +972-3-5610152 stating the amount and services covered.
     A bank transfer should follow.

Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
• Cancellations received by July 21, 2017 – full refund less $40 handling fee.
• Thereafter – no refund
